Wizard of Oz Play

Dorothy is lost in Oz and has to figure out how to get home.  With enemies trying to stop her progress and friends giving her support, she journeys to Oz helping lots of creatures on the way.

Children ages 5-13 are welcome to audition.  If your child is five or six, however, a parent will need to stay onsite for monitoring and assistance.  Otherwise, rehearsals will last from 2:45-4:45, with the first hour emphasizing practice and the second hour to work on games, set pieces, and costumes.

For the audition, children will need to prepare a short monologue and must be willing to act out a scene in front of the director.

This play will be teen student directed.
