Description: New topics beyond semester 1 will be covered, so both new and returning students are welcome. This class is based on the “Lessons For the Young Economist” homeschooling textbook (Available online as a free .pdf file). We will discuss and analyze the textbook topics in the context of fictitious companies created by the students. No prerequisites required. Recommended age is 10+. Key topics will be rotated so students can take this course more than once. This class will generally be held inside, but may be held outside weather permitting.
Skills Required: Students should be able to read and comprehend basic economic topics. Students will be expected to participate in class discussions.
