Description

 

In this semester's Civics, students will visit the State House in Concord many weeks to watch committees work, to listen to testimony, and to watch our state government in action.  During weeks in which there are no sessions, students will stay on site and learn about our state and national systems of government.  Please note, there is a fee for this class to cover transportation costs related to visiting Concord.  All students MUST have a field trip permission form on file.

Notes
Homework is expected to be done in this class. We will be researching both sides of topics, preparing opening statements, and counter arguments.
