This Dungeons & Dragons class continues an immersive, pseudo-historical campaign set in the Viking Age, blending role-playing with educational insights into Norse culture, history, and mythology. Students will develop their characters’ stories within a cooperative narrative, making strategic decisions, solving puzzles, and engaging in combat scenarios that reflect historical themes. The campaign accommodates returning players, new students with fresh characters, and those switching classes, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive experience. No prior D&D experience is required, but students should be able to read basic text, collaborate in a group, and sit for 45 minutes. Creativity and enthusiasm for storytelling are encouraged!
Students may bring their own D&D miniature or purchase one through the class for $25.
