Description
Designed for teens looking to develop their artistic voice, this advanced class covers techniques in painting, printmaking, portraiture, and mixed media, while offering time for independent projects. Students will engage in critiques and projects that challenge creativity and technical skills. Expectations: Students must have a genuine interest in art, be willing to work independently, and participate in critiques and occasional collaborative projects. Content warning: some controversial, political and/or more mature subjects may come up within the context of art.
