This class introduces students to the exciting world of 3D printing, covering design, modeling, and printing processes. Students will learn to use software like Tinkercad to create their own 3D models and see them come to life using filament-based printers. The course emphasizes creativity, problem-solving, and practical applications of 3D printing in various fields. No prior experience is needed, but students should have basic computer skills and be able to sit for 45 minutes during design and printing sessions.
